Lok Sewa Aayog (Public Service Commission) is the independent governmental body of Nepal that was established in 15th June 1951 AD. The main function of this commission is the recruitment of competent and meritorious candidates for the various civil service jobs. These civil service jobs are understood as governmental jobs in Nepal and are considered with great respect. The establishment of democracy in 2007 B.S. in Nepal led to the development of public service commission (PSC) with the aim to recruit candidates for government services in a completely fair manner. Lok sewa Aayog conducts examination and also Lok Sewa Aayog result is published to recruit Nepalese in government services.
In Nepal’s constitution laws and order regarding the civil service and public service commission is included in the Article 23. Civil services that are constituted by the Government of Nepal are Nepal Economic Planning and Statistics Service, Nepal Engineering Service, Nepal Agricultural service, Nepal Judicial Service, Nepal Foreign Service, Nepal Administration Service ,Nepal Audit Service, Nepal Forestry Service, Nepal Education Service, Nepal Health Service and Nepal Miscellaneous Service. There are gazetted (Special, First, Second, Third) and non-gazetted (First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth) class in the civil service. Vacancy is announced for the fulfilment of various posts in these services and each year, there are thousands who compete with one another to get the job in civil service.
One of the main functions of Lok Sewa Aayog is to take examination for the selection of the candidates and since the inception of the commission, its work has never been hindered and it is considered as a fair method that selects the candidates according to their performance in the examination. Other functions of Lok Sewa Aayog are appointment of the candidates in different positions of civil service, consultation to the Government of Nepal in various subjects (laws relating to civil service, general principles and many other matters relating to the civil service) and submission all the works done annually to the President of the country.

The examinations are conducted either through one or the collective methods of selection that include open competitive written examination, open competitive practical examination, interview and other examinations as adopted by the commission. - There, you will see the list of published results. The results are shown chronologically in terms of date published. Read the whole title to know if it is the result that you are searching for.
